Mission Statement

“In the Name of Jesus, we will love.”

Philosophy – “Building Hope requires a firm foundation, and Jesus Christ is our cornerstone. By bringing the compassionate and needy together into community and encouraging all to love in the power of Christ, Building Hope believes that both the needy and compassionate will heal, strengthen, and gain direction.”

Vision – “Jesus says the greatest commandment is to love, therefore Building Hope believes the love of Christ will help us create meaningful relationships and begin to change lives. Building Hope recognizes that people in need often feel isolated, so communities are created and relationships established. By maintaining a simple base of Jesus and love, expectations are teachable and transferable in a variety of contexts.”

Key Biblical Text – Matthew 25:31-46 “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.” – Jesus (40)
